M. Goode Mgmt. Co. manages apartments in the Bethalto and surrounding areas. The units consist of studios, one and two bedroom apartments, townhouses, duplexes, and single family homes. These units are all within 15 minutes of the SIUE Campus, Alton Dental College, and only 30 minutes from downtown St. Louis, MO. All units have easy access to I-255 and I-270 making them an ideal location in the Metro East area. St. Louis Regional Airport is located in Bethalto and we are just 10 minutes from Amtrak train station.
M. Goode Mgmt. Co. strives to maintain a clean, well-maintained apartment at a reasonable cost. We encourage all residents to help maintain a friendly neighborhood environment and get involved with their community. When the time comes that a resident requires maintenance, we do our best to respond and fix the problem within 24 hours. At times, the project may require more than 24 hours, but that is the exception.
